The teen carrying the cake is cut from the Paper Dolls Teen Scene cart. The dolls do not have mouths, so I stamped a Peach Keen face stamp onto a separate piece of paper and hand cut the lips form the image for the doll. I also added a little three dimension nose inspired by the noses on some of the projects done by the very talented Nadia on her With Glittering Eyes blog. The cake itself is a piece of confetti with white enamel accents added for the icing. Since this card was for a teen girl, I was liberal with the rhinestones and glitter.
